  1. Hi guys! I am loving your podcasts! Great information and your knowledge and way of communicating it is awesome! And you’re funny😆keep it coming!
    For me, as a 63 year old post menopausal woman, that has been very fit and large and small (kinda) and up and down has settled in at 150 lbs at 5’2 1/2. I am way too heavy for my height. I feel stuck. I am healthy and active. And I know not active enough. I do some form of exercise at least 4 days a week. I usually work 4 days a week always on my feet on concrete so I have feet and knee problems. I believe loosing weight would help those conditions. BUT I love sugar…always have. I have been practicing the Miracle Morning way of SAVERS. I love to read and your book suggestions are just what I want/need. That’ll keep me busy!
    I do get confused on which supplements are right for me.
    Anyway, enough about me…just so you know a bit about one of the people listening to you.
